With over 15 years of experience, the law firm of LAMBRAÑO, BULTRÓN & DE LA GUARDIA (LBG) is comprised of experienced lawyers and a professional staff with an outstanding national and international involvement.  We have distinguished ourselves by providing legal counsel on behalf of the Pan-American Health Organization in regards to the legislation of pesticide use in Panama (1996).  In conjunction with The University of Montana (USA), we have provided legal counsel with respect to the Amendment of the Code of Mineral Resources of the Republic of Panama (2002- 2003), a project financed by the Inter-American Development Bank.  As an integral part of the multidisciplinary team of the Republic of Panama's Ministry of Health, the LBG  team was designated to draft the bill of Law for the national Blood Bank (2003 - 2004).
